The Social Enterprise (SE), Kra Travel (Kra Integrated Solutions Ltd) is a fully registered and incorporated legal entity in accordance with the law and by securing all the necessary documents, processes and procedures for establishing a business, company and/or an organization in Ghana under Private Limited Liability Company (Reg. No. CS684152015).
The organization received its certificate of incorporation to commence official operations in 2015. After a series of social, cultural, economic, humanitarian, sustainable living, lifestyles, livelihoods and development assistance initiatives by the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to facilitate in uplifting the living standards and conditions of the poor, needy, vulnerable, underprivileged, minorities, marginalized and deprived in communities and society.
The decision to establish this Social Enterprise (SE), Kra Travel (Kra Integrated Solutions Ltd) was greatly influenced or motivated by the founder’s passions, zeal, enthusiasm and commitments to strategically explore, fully utilize, put to good and meaningful use, the newly acquired knowledge, competencies, experience and international exposure to benefit people, communities, society and humanity. Upon his returned to Ghana from Austria, where he pursued and successfully completed a degree in Business (Innovation and Management in Tourism) at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences, Salzburg.
All the meticulous, tenacious and extensive research, due diligence, consultations, observations, monitoring, analysis, evaluation and implementation or development guidelines done relative to establishing Kra Travel (Kra Integrated Solutions Ltd) was aimed to create, establish and build a formidable, reputable and dynamic people and community-centered business, company or organization. That is in line, and intrinsically intertwined with the founder’s strong and deep rooted beliefs and convictions in a cherished age-old typical Ghanaian traditional charitable, philanthropic, social, cultural, humanitarian, economic and sustainable living, lifestyles, livelihoods and development perspective, goodwill, generosity, compassionate and benevolence practices and ideals.
Which amplifies personal, group, community and societal sharing and inter-dependency. An enviable people, community and societal-centered living, lifestyles, livelihoods and development paradigm. Which is a key valuable, laudable, desirable, reliable, worthwhile, commendable and justifiable social, cultural, humanitarian, economic and sustainable living, lifestyles, livelihoods and development goodwill, generosity, compassionate and benevolence practices and ideals that serves as communal safety nets. Especially, for the most highly needy, poor, vulnerable, marginalized, underprivileged, disadvantaged, minority and deprived persons or groups, and in particular, children, within various communities.
Further, it is an ample manifestation of the founder’s formidable and absolute passions, zeal, enthusiasm, commitments and convictions in Social Entrepreneurship (SE) as a business model that present huge potentials for young entrepreneurs to influence social, cultural, humanitarian, economic, environmental and sustainable development paradigm shifts.
Towards businesses, companies, organizations, entrepreneurs and business owners imbibing compassion and generosity for the needy, poor, vulnerable, deprived, marginalized, disadvantaged, underprivileged and minority communities, groups and people in society. Social, economic and cultural responsibility, wildlife, biodiversity, natural resources and environmental sustainability. At the core of their personal, business and entrepreneurial motivation, endeavors, activities and/or operations for the benefits of humanity.
The founder of Kra Travel's (Kra Integrated Solutions Ltd) passions and commitment to wildlife, biodiversity, nature, environmental, natural resources, ecological, water bodies, flora, fauna, marine and ecosystems. Native and indigenous culture, history and heritage preservation, conservation, protection, restoration and promotion are also key push and pull factors for the decision to establish such an organization.
The desire to establish Kra Travel (Kra Integrated Solutions Ltd) also significantly, emanated from the genuine pro-poor, needy, vulnerable, marginalized, deprived, underprivileged, minorities and/or disadvantaged social, economic, humanitarian and sustainable development support systems, values and impact creation passions, zeal, enthusiasm and commitments. Which were developed and nurtured by the Founder and CEO. Out of the real life experiences he encountered whilst growing-up, living, studying and/or working as an Immigration Officer within rural, deprived, poor and marginalized communities within Ghana.
